Your contribution to our success
- Independently manage your own service station and be a competent point of contact for our guests
- Ensure a friendly, attentive, and professional service experience
- Actively advise guests on food and beverages and offer recommendations
- Coordinate service processes at your station in close collaboration with the kitchen and team
- Maintain smooth operations even during busy service periods
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and service quality standards
What you bring in
- Experience in service, ideally in a comparable position
- Enjoyment in interacting with guests and a strong sense of hospitality
- Independent, reliable, and structured work approach
- Team spirit and a friendly, polished appearance
- Ability to stay calm and composed in busy moments
- Good spoken German and English skills (B2 level); additional languages are a plus
Who we are
Andermatt Swiss Alps, located in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt, with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also owns the hotels The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen, an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course and the Andermatt Concert Hall. A close partnership is in place with Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG and its majority shareholder Vail Resorts, Inc.
