Your contribution to our success
- Support the kitchen team in preparing and cooking fresh Asian specialties and a variety of dishes
- Assist with daily mise en place, careful preparation, and attractive plating for the à-la-carte service
- Work on different kitchen stations and support the Chef de Partie during service
- Ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen together with the team
- Handle food products properly while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards
- Assist with general cleaning tasks and consistently follow HACCP guidelines
What you bring in
- Completed training as a chef/cook (EFZ) or a comparable qualification in gastronomy
- Some professional experience in the kitchen is an advantage, ideally including Asian cuisine
- Motivation to learn and develop in a dynamic kitchen environment
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented working style
- Good German and/or English skills to ensure smooth communication within the team

Andermatt Swiss Alps, located in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt, with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also owns the hotels The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen, an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course and the Andermatt Concert Hall.
