Contract Administration Executive Real Estate (Construction) (m/w/d)

The Planning & Execution unit, with around 35 employees, is responsible for client-side planning/development, construction project management, and customer service for construction projects. In the coming years, nearly 11 apartment buildings, three hotels, and the associated infrastructure will still be realized.

Your contribution to our success
- Support in the preparation, administration, and maintenance of contractor, planner, and supplier contracts in the relevant systems (Provis, d.velop, DocuSign)
- Ensure a compliant procurement and contract process, including the signature workflow, in accordance with internal standards and legal requirements
- Actively monitor open tenders, contracts, and signature workflows, and proactively follow up and clarify pending matters
- Support project and team leads in all matters related to contract processing and execution
- Perform data reconciliations between the systems in use
- Ongoing maintenance and updating of contract templates in close collaboration with the Contract Managers
- Work in accordance with internal quality guidelines to ensure standardized processes and high documentation quality
- Close collaboration and regular coordination with the Contract Development team, Project Controlling, and Accounting
- Take on general administrative tasks
What you bring in
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business qualification
- Professional experience in the construction industry or in a construction project environment is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, high flexibility, and a strong service orientation
- Enjoyment of administrative work and an affinity for structured processes
- Interest in topics related to construction and project development
- Fluent German, both written and spoken, as well as basic knowledge of English
- Good user knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel)
- Work location: 2 days per week in Andermatt, 1-2 days in Altdorf, and homeoffice is possible on the remaining days
