The Planning & Execution unit, with around 35 employees, is responsible for client-side planning and development, construction project management, and customer service for sophisticated construction projects. Over the coming years, we will be delivering approximately 14 multi-family residential buildings, three hotels, and the associated infrastructure in a unique environment.
Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a committed, team-oriented, and flexible individual who will complement and actively contribute to the further development of our team.

Your contribution to our success
- Preparation, administration, and maintenance of contractor, planner, and supplier contracts in the relevant systems (Provis, d.velop, DocuSign)
- Ensuring a compliant tendering, bid review, and award process in accordance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards
- Administrative review, processing, and filing of construction-related contract documentation
- Supporting project and team managers in all matters relating to contract management and execution
- Reviewing and assessing planner and works contracts from a construction law and regulatory perspective
- Further development and optimization of contract templates in close coordination with department and project managers
- Supporting and assisting with tendering procedures, including maintenance of related processes and templates
- Contributing to quality assurance and the standardization of internal processes
What you bring in
- Completed education in the construction sector with solid commercial further training (e.g. Certified Technical Commercial Specialist) or a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s level)
- Professional experience in a comparable role in Switzerland, ideally with knowledge of construction law and project execution
- Precise, structured, and reliable working style with a strong commitment to quality
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
- Sound knowledge of Swiss construction law and SIA standards
- Native-level German and basic knowledge of English
- Work location: 2 days per week in Andermatt, 1-2 days per week in Altdorf, Homeoffice possible on remaining working days
