Overall responsibility for the daily operations of the Golf Course during the 2026 summer season
Leadership, motivation, and scheduling of the Golf Team
Ensuring the highest quality and service standards for members, hotel guests, and international golf guests
Close collaboration with the Head of Greenkeeping to maintain outstanding course conditions
Responsibility for revenue, budgeting, and achieving financial targets within the golf operation
Further development of green fee, membership, and event offerings
Supporting the positioning of the golf course as an international premium golf destination
Collaboration with Hotels, F&B, Marketing, and Destination Services to create attractive golf experiences and packages
What you bring in
Further education as a Golf Club Manager and qualification as a Swiss PGA Golf Professional are an advantage
Several years of experience in golf management, ideally within resort or championship golf facilities
Leadership experience in an upscale hospitality or leisure environment
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong operational expertise
Strong guest and service orientation
Hands-on mentality with an independent and structured working style
Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
Who we are
Andermatt Swiss Alps, located in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt, with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
