Your contribution to our success
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and required qualifications
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through professional networks, job platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Review applications and pre-screen candidate profiles based on job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews with potentially suitable candidates
- Prepare and present job offers, and negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment terms
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Represent Andermatt Swiss Alps as an employer of choice and communicate our values and company culture
- Manage administrative tasks related to new hires, conduct reference checks, and maintain relationships with prospective and former candidates
- Represent the company at career fairs, recruiting events, and information sessions
What you bring in
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- At least two years of experience in recruiting, ideally within an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or a dynamic, fast-growing business environment
- Solid knowledge of modern recruiting tools, platforms, and digital sourcing techniques
- Experience in the gastronomy and hospitality industry is considered a strong advantage
- Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people and building long-term relationships
- Strong ability to identify talent, combined with a structured approach and a high standard of quality in managing recruitment processes
- Confident presence, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Good understanding of the labor market, as well as an interest in current trends and developments within the hospitality and tourism industry
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
- Work location: 2–3 days per week on-site in Andermatt; the remaining working time can be performed remotely from home
Who we are
Andermatt Swiss Alps, located in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt, with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also owns the hotels The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen, an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course and the Andermatt Concert Hall. A close partnership is in place with Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG and its majority shareholder Vail Resorts, Inc.
