The Andermatt Reuss Operations team is responsible for the technical maintenance of the resort's infrastructure and the management of privately owned apartments. To ensure our guests and property owners enjoy the highest standards at all times, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team.

Your contribution to our success
- Perform maintenance, servicing and minor repairs on technical systems, equipment and facilities in our apartment buildings, as well as in our restaurants and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate the necessary corrective actions
- Monitor and oversee the work carried out by external service providers
- Coordinate service visits and scheduled maintenance activities
- Support the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor areas and facilities
- Assist with logistics tasks and provide support during the winter season, including snow removal
What you bring in
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in technical maintenance, facility management or building maintenance
- A hands-on approach and a genuine interest in technical systems and equipment
- Experience with CAFM systems (e.g. Abacus or Sambesi) is an advantage
- Fluent German and basic English language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- A service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working with a wide range of people
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and to work occasional weekends
- Residence in the Andermatt region or willingness to relocate/work in the area
- Valid Category B driving licence (forklift certification is an advantage)
