Your contribution to our success
- You are the first point of contact for owners as well as overnight and day guests in Andermatt Reuss – in person, by phone, and in writing
- You ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally or forward them to the appropriate department
- You support owners and guests with concierge services, e.g. organizing activities, services, and reservations
- You sell day passes, tickets, passes, and vouchers
- You ensure smooth operations and adherence to high service and operational standards
- You look after the sports infrastructure (e.g. outdoor padel, squash, bouldering hall)
- You maintain strong collaboration with external partners and service providers and continue to expand these relationships
- You take on various administrative tasks such as invoicing, programming key cards, reporting, or telephone duties
What you bring in
- Completed training in hospitality, tourism, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a similar role within a service-oriented environment
- Strong service mindset, enjoyment of interacting with international guests, and a confident, well-groomed appearance – even in challenging situations
- Very good German (minimum C1 level) and good English skills, spoken and written (minimum B2 level); additional languages are an advantage
- Team spirit, high reliability, initiative, and discretion
- Regional knowledge and ideally a good local network in the surrounding area are an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); experience with hotel software (POS, PMS, CRM, SALTO) desirable
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays – at least two weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday)

Andermatt Swiss Alps, located in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt, with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also owns the hotels The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen, an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course and the Andermatt Concert Hall. A close partnership is in place with Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG and its majority shareholder Vail Resorts, Inc.
