Andermatt Swiss Alps appoints James Lamb as CEO Hospitality

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG has appointed James Lamb as CEO Hospitality, effective 1 January 2026. In this role, he will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all hospitality activities across the group and will report directly to Group CEO Raphael Krucker.
With this appointment, Andermatt Swiss Alps is building a dedicated hospitality business unit that will bring together all customer facing hospitality touchpoints under one leadership team. This new business unit will form the basis of future growth and will include hotels, gastronomy, retail and sport to ensure that the full 360 guest experience is of the highest standard and establishes Andermatt as the leading prime Alpine destination globally.
James Lamb brings extensive international leadership experience in hospitality and finance. He started his career in Investment Banking, having worked for nearly a decade with several global banks in both London and Frankfurt. Over the last ten years he has held senior Board roles in both Switzerland and Germany, in which he has led extensive transformation and growth programmes.
