July 2, 2026 Andermatt Swiss Alps Group Becomes Aline Danioth’s Helmet Sponsor

Aline Danioth, professional ski racer from the canton of Uri, and Raphael Krucker, CEO of the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group, have signed a three-year sponsorship agreement. Andermatt Swiss Alps AG will serve as the main sponsor of the Andermatt native and Olympian through 2029.

Through this sponsorship, Andermatt Swiss Alps underscores its commitment to the region and its dedication to local partnerships. Promoting sports is a key component of destination development: from international sporting events to supporting regional talent and expanding a diverse range of sports activities. By sponsoring Aline Danioth, Andermatt Swiss Alps is supporting an athlete who grew up in Andermatt and represents the canton of Uri on the international stage.

“With her passion, perseverance, and strong regional ties, Aline is an authentic ambassador for Andermatt Swiss Alps,” says Raphael Krucker, CEO of the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group. “We are very pleased to accompany her as her main sponsor on her continued athletic journey.”

“I was born and raised in Andermatt, and I’m proud to represent my hometown on the international ski circuit. It’s a privilege to share the culture and beauty of Andermatt and the deep connection I have to my home with people from around the world,” explains Aline Danioth.

Aline Danioth is one of the most successful female ski racers from Uri of her generation. The slalom specialist has been competing for Swiss-Ski in the World Cup for many years. Among her greatest achievements are the 2019 World Championship title in the team event and her participation in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.

Aline Danioth will compete in the technical disciplines this coming season and is currently preparing for the World Cup season. Andermatt Swiss Alps is pleased to support her as a helmet sponsor in her continued athletic development.
