The Chedi Andermatt is getting a new manager: Thomas Goval will take up the position of General Manager on 1 September 2026. The experienced hotelier brings with him many years of international management experience in the luxury hotel sector and will lead the multi-award-winning five-star deluxe hotel into its next phase of development.

Thomas Goval is moving to Andermatt from the Raffles Hotel Singapore, where he most recently served as Hotel Manager. Prior to that, he held various management roles at the Bürgenstock Resort, including Hotel Manager and Acting General Manager.

A graduate of the École hôtelière de Lausanne, he combines operational excellence with a modern approach to leadership and a clear focus on exceptional guest experiences. His international experience and his close ties to the Swiss luxury hospitality sector make him the ideal choice for The Chedi Andermatt.
