Michela Gianelli

Chief Human Resources & Communication Officer

Originally from Milan, Michela began her career as an administrator for the Italian offices of a major US law firm. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for Human Resources, which led her to pursue an Executive Master’s degree in Strategic HR Management, followed by an Executive Master's in Business Coaching.

In 2014, she relocated to Switzerland and has since held senior HR roles leading local and European teams in prominent industrial and biotech companies. Her experience spans key organizational phases, including acquisition, scale-up, and transformation.

In her free time, she enjoys sports, especially cycling, skiing, and hiking with her dog, Maggie. As a graduate in Foreign Languages and Literature, she has an enduring passion for reading and exploring new countries and cultures.
